Gov. Espino thanks the Provincial Employees.  Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (left photo) expresses his deepest thanks to the provincial officials, department heads, chiefs of hospitals, and over four thousand rank and file employees (right photo) during the employees Christmas party at the Capitol Plaza in Lingayen last December 21.  The Governor lauded the employees’ “support, cooperation and love of work” that earned Pangasinan various regional and national awards in local governance, health, agriculture, environment among others.   /Photos by Teddy Quimson
