P’SINAN HERITAGE CENTER OPENS. Bengson-Yuson House, the oldest residential unit in Lingayen, Pangasinan, was formally inaugurated as the Pangasinan Heritage Center that will lodge the Pangasinan Historical and Cultural Commission and the Center for Pangasinan Studies during opening rites held as part of the 436th Agew na Pangasinan celebration on April 5, 2016. Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (2nd from left) led the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the edifice and is joined by former congressman Antonio E.
