Espino III (right photo) as newly-elected congressman and governor, respectively. Still undefeated in his political career, Gov. Amado T. Espino Jr. gained 133,381 votes while his opponent Rep. Kimi Cojuanco recieved 92,943 for the fifth district congressional seat. Claiming the gubernatorial seat, BM Pogi Espino wins with 707,925 defeating former Rep.
